*Please read the following sales policy carefully before inquiring about a rabbit for sale.*

• Rabbits will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

• Rabbits are guaranteed healthy at the time of the sale.  However, I cannot guarantee a rabbit's health once it leaves my rabbitry as the stress of relocation can cause illness.

• You will get what you pay for.  If you purchase a rabbit that is show quality, this means the rabbit has been found free of disqualifications.  If you purchase a brood/herd animal, I consider the rabbit to be best suited as a breeding animal only.  If you purchase a pet, the animal is disqualified from showing and is unsuitable for breeding.  Do not expect to pay the price of a brood/herd animal and get a nice show rabbit out of it.

• Rabbits advertised as show rabbits are not guaranteed to place well, nor are rabbits advertised as brood/herd rabbits guaranteed to produce well.

• We strongly encourage all buyers to look over the rabbit they are interested in before purchasing it.  We do our best to advertise them honestly, but because there is so much to look for in this breed we may miss something. 

• K, L & M Rabbitry cannot hold a rabbit for more than ONE WEEK without a deposit.  This will be considered a Hold on the site.  The deposit is half of the rabbit's price.  We will happily hold a rabbit with a deposit for up to THREE WEEKS.  This will be considered a Pending Sale on the site. 

• Deposits will not be refunded after the three week period.  Failure to pick up a rabbit with a deposit on it forfeits the sale and the rabbit will be placed for sale again.
